Once we receive & review your claim, we'll confirm the details & begin the warranty process.
Process with Suppliers
We lodge the warranty claim with the relevant supplier and organise
any required partsCarry Out Repairs
Once approval is received & parts arrive, we'll complete the repairs & get your caravan back to you.

Any faults not included in the original claim will need to be submitted as a new warranty claim.
